Wow now that is caterwauling of the highest caliber.
If only you could train every human to sing that well.

    Happy New Year

  2. Noel Wormald says:

    Yul, Adele and Cole,
Karen spends so much time teaching people to work like cats, I was wondering if you had a hand at teaching these choir boys how to SING like cats or if she has taken this on as a second job in these troubled economic times. Happy New Year from your cousin Noel… p.s. Did you know there’s a song named for me and every time Nat King Cole sings it, I wake up and sit under the ipod dock, but all he does is say my name over and over and over. What’s up with humans?

  3. Adele says:

    Happy New Year to all.

Yul, Adele and Cole, I have one question. Do those choir boys speak cat well, and if so, what are they saying? I guess that’s kind of two questions, but Alice became agitated when I played the clip.

    Hey, Cuz!
We wish we could take credit for the kids’ singing, but we had no paw in it, but we found their style very refreshing. If we had to listen to Susan Boyle sing “I Dreamed a Dream” one more time, we’d yak up a hairball.

Adele, the kids sound good, but they’re singing gibberish that was obviously composed by a human. You know, like when Robin Williams speaks Russian. The only reason Alice might get agitated would be if she thought they were singing in code. But tell her to rest assured they were clueless and we got a good laugh.

  6. Zappa says:

    Happy New Year,kitties!

I love that you had the courage to play just the original piece and not mess it up with Human subtitles. The accent made it a bit difficult to follow, but only for the first minute or so.Well done!

Zappa, you understood them! Congratulations! We thought they were singing gibberish.

Happy New Year, to you, too!
